AI-MATTERS

The world’s reference network for testing and experimentation facilities in the manufacturing sector

AI-Matters aims to accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in European manufacturing industries by bringing together a consortium of 24 leading organizations from eight European countries (Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain) to create a worldwide reference network of Test and Experimentation Facilities (TEFs) for the manufacturing sector.

The main objective of AI-Matters is to strengthen Europe’s positioning and leadership in the adoption of Artificial Intelligence systems. Through the implementation of robotics and other advanced technologies in large-scale, real-world environments, the consortium aims to create radical transformations in the EU’s manufacturing system.

The network, with a total budget of 60 million euros, is co-funded by the European Commission under the Digital Europe Program and by sources at the national/regional level.

It offers more than 250 testing and experimentation services aimed at technology providers, system integrators and manufacturing companies. These services are divided into four challenge areas: Circular Economy, Factory Level Optimization, Human-Robot Interaction, and Emerging and Enabling Technologies.

Visit the AI Matters central website for more information about the network and a complete overview of its services.
