Service Description

The service is characterized by the possibility of testing intelligent management systems to optimize the scheduling activities of a production plant. The service consists of the possibility of building in MADE’s technological islands a production system that replicates the manufacturing + digital twin environment to test and stress the scheduling algorithms which, by automatically identifying bottlenecks, production emergencies and potential faults and/or staff absences, will propose different scheduling scenarios in order to align the production cycle time with the company’s expectations.
Expected results: Testing activities needed to validate the following features: – bottleneck identification – multi – scheduling scenarios proposition based on machine learning concept – test and validation of multi-objective optimization function.
